I was approached by a former work colleague who suggested we would be a good fit due to my background and experience.
I have spent the majority of my working life in the hospitality and retail industries where I realised I had the skills to develop quicker than maybe other fields. Starting off at the bottom I fulfilled many roles working my way up as I gained more experience. I have worked in a variety of concepts and always been driven by attention to detail and delivery of excellence, and am very customer focused.
On a typical day my work is split between developing and implementing ideas for the benefit of the business as well as the general admin required for running a business such as the one I am. There is also a need to be seen by my customers and my staff so it is essential time is given to having a presence on the “shop floor”. It is also key I am inspiring both the team and managers so daily we will meet, discuss, and focus everyone on their key roles and targets.

Our training is focused around product knowledge and the ability to entice our guests. Due to our unique offering the focus is around our barrel aged cocktails and dry aged steaks. Big focus on attention to detail.
It’s great to work in a business where there is so many opportunities because of our customer type. Relationships with our customers is key to this business and seems to be a two way thing.
