When I came to visit, I felt like I really wanted to work here. I found that the staff and colleagues are very friendly and I really like the working atmosphere.
I am currently promoted to a Jr. Sous Chef but before I started my position as the Prep Chef, where I held all the duties related to the kitchen preparation aligning with the Supervisor. Before that, I worked as a Chef in many different restaurants from where I gained lot more knowledge regarding kitchen work. Cooking was my hobby so I changed my hobby to my profession.
In my view, I like the efficient management team. All Managers, Supervisors and employees work aligning with each other. Motivating and praising are important factors which I really like. Training and development for enhancement of skills are the things I like most.
Well I have been promoted recently from Prep Chef to Jr. Sous chef which is one of my achievements so far.
In my opinion, everyone can be successful if the person has positive and can- do-attitude in completion of any tasks related with the company. Moreover, good behaviour and always wanting to learn are the most important factors which lead someone to be successful in this company.
Training and development are the key players to achieve success, so the company always provides new training courses if needed in terms of launching new menu or personality development. Moreover, the company always focuses on maintaining high standard of service which needs training relating to food and hygiene. So company normally runs training programs for employees to gain knowledge regarding food and hygiene.
Working for this company feels like you are a core part of management. If you are a person who is fully motivated to do the job, then this is a platform to develop skills and knowledge. Due to highly motivated and dedicated team, it really feels the best place to work.
The people who wants to join the team need to be highly motivated and dedicated in terms of achieving goals. The company itself holds a good reputation, so people who join the team will gain more knowledge and skills for the future.
My favourite books are: The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale, Fifty Shades of Grey by E. L. James, The Fault in Our Stars by John Green.

Of course my family; my wife, my child and my best friend.
Amsterdam would be my ideal holiday destination as I have always wanted to go there.
