Our kitchen’s pretty much brand new, which makes for very exciting opportunities to learn essential skills and bring your ideas to work.

We’re all about low and slow smoked meat, with Burnt Ends and Smoked Pulled Pork providing the perfect accompaniment to heavy metal, neat whiskey and real beer.

You’ll make sure it’s all prepared with love and served up with a smile.
