Glendola inherited me when they acquired the Watermark in 2007.
I have always enjoyed working in restaurants and enjoyed customer facing roles, I work part-time as a Waitress and help out managing shifts when required. I have qualifications to management level but choose to work part-time as it works with my family life which is perfect for me.
No two shifts are the same, each brings new challenges, new problems to solve and interesting situations which I can grow from and keep me engaged. Each shift brings challenges and rewards and I always have a laugh at some point to brighten the stressful moments. I enjoy the busy shifts and thrive on having a full site.
I enjoy the family feeling between the staff and regulars some, of which have become friends over the years and the beautiful site and relaxed working environment. I love that I can work part time and still feel included and valued.
I have embraced training at Bombay Sapphire, Green King and completed my WSET level 2. Having achieved a merit and a high score I was rewarded by spending time with my peers from other units at Chateau Magnol, liaising with our wine supplier and expanding my knowledge and love of B&G wines, an amazing experience which I will always remember.

Recently I have been training and enjoyed every aspect of learning new skills.
