Our pizzas have to be good to complement our excellent beers. So our pizzaiolo uses his own special recipe that incorporates a blend of baker’s and brewer’s yeast from our on-site brewery. Plus, we’re nothing if not inventive – anyone for a slice of Haggis and Iron Bru Jam Pizza?
