Our Kitchen Team delight in serving up simple, elegant menus with a Scottish twist – all day and every day.

From breakfast through lunch to a la carte dinner, we’re on duty in the Club Room, Angel Shares Bar & the Devils Cut, a function room tucked seductively away beneath the Angels Share.

And through it all we bring a love of all things Scottish, great taste and an ambition to keep on raising the standard.
