Why did you choose to work for us?
I wanted a change from my previous job and saw that Glendola were passionate about training and development, and getting the best out of people.

Tell us about your story so far?
I came into the business without any prior experience of waiting. In the past year I have developed into a fully fledged member of waiting staff.

What do you get up to on a typical day/shift?
Serving anywhere between 30-120 pre-theatre patrons within a specific time period before the theatre.

What do you like most about working here?
The customers are great, each day is different, but can come with different challenges, which always keeps me on my toes.

What’s been your biggest achievement so far?
Becoming a fully trained member of staff, having come in with zero experience.

What makes someone successful here?
Having the passion and drive for providing great service as well as the commitment to learning new things.

Glendola provide training on all aspects of the business and really allow yourself to become an expert at what you do.

If you could invite anyone to a dinner party, which 4 people would you choose?
Churchill, Boris Johnson, Jeremy Clarkson, Daniel Negreanu (poker player).

What would be your ideal holiday destination and why?
Las Vegas - one of my main hobbies is poker, therefore, I have always wanted to play poker there.
