Tipsy Bird is a quirky style bar in Belfast’s city centre. Offering amazing cocktails and live music most nights of the week, Tipsy is popular with Belfast locals for drinks as part of their big night out, before hitting the clubs, or for revellers off to a concert at the close by SSE Belfast Arena. The venue is also host to private events and functions. Further, our Brewers Yard pays homage to the rich history of our location whilst providing a cool outdoor space with endless possibilities for events, entertainment, and pop-up opportunities. This really is a lovely venue in one of the heart of Belfast. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Joining the team as a Supervisor, you’ll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. That involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently dealing with any issues that arise. You’ll also get to know busy times, and ensure we’re ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team and you’ll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles.  And we’ll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family. 

Full time up to 30 hours per week
