ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and Group Development Chef to manage the kitchen hygiene, health & safety, and stock. Working with and overseeing the kitchen team you will be proficient in placing orders, helping to minimise wastage and ensuring the kitchen team is serving up consistently high-quality dishes. You will help to mentor and develop the kitchen team to ensure skills are up to date and portion control is in place. Rising standards of presenting dishes to spec and ensuring the overall morale is high.
