The Lansdowne is one of the stalwarts of the gastro-pub scene in London.  Tucked into the back streets of Primrose Hill fine food, great drinks and engaging service are the order of the day.  The buzzy atmosphere in this traditional pub is contagious and welcomes friends together for good conversation and great food.  The team are ambitious and skilled, making vibrant Mediterranean Cuisine takes knowledge and experience and so does relaxed and quietly attentive service, although this General Manager is far from quiet!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Helping the Head Chef to create and deliver exciting menus, you’ll be focused on ensuring high-quality products are used and enabling the highest standards of health and hygiene – even when the pressure is on. You’ll also help to minimise wastage and support your team by helping with food prep and leaning whenever required. Ideally, you’ll have experience gained in a similarly busy and dynamic environment. Here you’ll get to grow your skills and experience by being both hands on and undertaking ongoing training.

Pizza-making experience preferred but not essential.
